Fullmetal Alchemist The Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa
Movie • 2005 • Action
ReportMunich, Germany, 1923. Two years have passed since Edward Elric was dragged from his own world to ours, leaving behind his country, his friends and his younger brother, Alphonse. Stripped of his alchemical powers, he has been all this time researching rocketry together with Alphonse Heiderich, a young man who resembles his own brother, hoping to one day find a way back home. His efforts so far had proven fruitless, but after lending a hand to a troubled gipsy girl, Edward is thrown in a series of events that can wreak havoc in both worlds. Meanwhile, at his own world, Alphonse Elric ventures deeper into the mysteries of alchemy in search for a way to reunite with his older brother.

I don't know how they managed it, considering the fact that dragons don't exist in the main series. But a shapeshifting character that turns into a dragon dies in that form.

Gluttony turns into a kind of horrifying monster-thing, if that counts.

A character who is believed to be 12 or 13 (uncertain as he isn’t 100% human) is severely injured by another antagonist and is sacrificed to open the gate. however he is seen to be reuniting with his mother at the gate’s opening.

The movie takes place in 1920's Germany, so no, and there are no mentions of it either.

Not really, but if you are sensitive I'd err on the side of caution, as there are two worlds in the show and one of them is the real world (our world), and characters move between them.
