Mr Accident is a satirical, romantic rocket ride through the lives of a bunch of losers hurtling into the chaos that is contemporary life. It's a circus of cool catastrophes underpinned by a moral tale about the downside of addiction and corporate globalisation. It's a trip!
A brief moment where a character says something to the effect of "I'd like to shake the hand of the best mate I've ever had" and then it cuts to show an angle where his hand is likely near the other character's crotch, and the other character says "That's not my hand" with the implication being the first character is grabbing the other man's crotch. He doesn't seem upset, just startled, and the scene moves on very quickly.
There are also scenes with comically exaggerated incidental touching of breasts, or accidentally peeping on somebody naked.
None of these scenes are heavy textually, but may be upsetting to those with trauma
In a slapstick manner. A man gets a golf club to the groin, and another man gets an electric mixer stuck down his pants in a fight and turned on. Nothing graphic is shown
Nothing shown, but a character makes some comments heavily implying sexual attraction to her dog, with another scene lightly implying possible previous sexual interaction with her dog
A woman's ex-boyfriend finds her current place of living and claims to be willing to drive her to the bus stop as she wants to leave town. Instead, he tries to take her to another location and ultimately tries to kill her
There is a transmysogynistic joke of a person in a dress with a deep voice approaching the main character in a bar making a comment/asking a question about him having an interest in "parts." The main character is clearly frazzled and showing disinterest in being flirted with, and this character is one of a couple of women flirting with/harassing him.
A play on words for the shortened f slur also being used as slang in some countries for "cigarette," but the joke is that it very much reads as someone being called that slur until cigarettes are pulled out and offered
Partial nudity. There is a short scene with a woman's bare lower half visible from the back. There is also one or two scenes where a man's shirt is ripped up or opened and most or all of his upper torso is bare
Kind of? The central plot of the movie revolves around nicotine being put in eggs in order to get people addicted to the eggs. But the central plot also has very little bearing on most of the movie, and the egg addiction is incredibly brief
Very very little, only used occasionally as a practical effect to obscure things. For example, there's a scene where a character is supposedly falling from a great height in a container, and is leaping out of the container. There is minor shaky cam to hide that the container is clearly stable on the ground and not actually falling through the air
