im assuming the people who voted yes mean the kanker sisters, which i'd say yes in a way they do stalk the main characters, especially in the very first episode (i believe they go exploring in the woods and are then kidnapped by the sisters)

it's very heavily implied that Ed's family is abusive to him and/or that his family is dysfunctional in some way; when he's grounded they take away the stairs to his room in the basement and confine him to his room, and Ed will say things like "Sarah will tell mom and mom will tell dad and dad will say 'not now i just got home from work'/dad will just sit there and watch tv'". in an episode in season 5, Ed is also terrified after being supposedly threatened with being sent away to live with his aunt if he doesn't get good grades on his report card

The Kanker Sisters all have crushes on the Eds, and are heavily implied to forcibly kiss (and possibly grope) the Eds offscreen in episodes where they are able to trap/isolate the boys.

this is a pretty hard thing to determine, since we don't know anyones age except for Eddy (who is revealed to be 12) and we can only assume based on their appearances and how they act. the gag with the kanker sisters and ed, edd and eddy goes on throughout the whole show with the sisters calling them their "boyfriends" and often times kissing them without consent (and maybe more things that happen offscreen, we don't know), and considering the sisters look and act fairly older than them it wouldn't be too far fetched to think that something sketchy is going on. i'd suggest if you don't want to see three boys yell "RUN AWAY" while they get kissed in the face repeatedly by three older looking teenagers, maybe skip this one

in one episode Ed busts into Eddy's room where he is seen shaving. there are red # symbols on his face which are probably meant to represent cuts, but no blood is actually shown and Eddy acts normal in this scene (as in he doesn't act like he's in pain)

in "Take This Ed and Shove It", Eddy searches through the garage roof to find a tool to get a table with jawbreakers locked in it open, but causes the roof to fall and him to fall in a hole, a bunch of tools and other heavy items falling on top of him. he then awakes in his own room to find he's an old man now, but doesn't believe/doesn't want to believe everything is real. after smashing himself in the head repeatedly with his cane he wakes up again on the floor, being a kid again. which makes it seem like he was only knocked unconscious, but something happens again that causes him to wake up old a second time, which ends the episode and begs the question of if it was a dream or reality

Jimmy has lots of sporatic accidents in the show, ranging from splinters to broken bones. Eddy pretends to have a broken bone in one episode to get the attention off of Jimmy, but i don't think it counts cause he's faking it and fine

"The Ed-Touchables" - The Eds are trying to find a thief, because two items have gone missing.
When the Eds take Jonny and Plank for questioning, Eddy uses a squirt gun to drip repeated drops of water onto Plank (similar to water torture). Jonny, who is feeling pressured (and really needs the bathroom), gives a false confession.
It is played for laughs.

Jimmy has braces/a retainer because of an incident where he messed up his teeth biting down on a bowling pin that was painted to look like food, which is shown in a flashback. there are other is instances where teeth smash together and become cracked, or are knocked out/taken out in some way, but in most cases they are fixed in the next scene

i don't remember why, but in one episode Eddy goes to take a shower (with his clothes on, he's only half awake) and the shower fills up because Lee Kanker was stuck in his drain, which im not sure if its the kind of shower scene its asking for but im commenting anyways. there's a few more times where Eddy is seen in the shower with suds in his lower half, but they're pretty normal and nothing bad happens

in an episode in season 5, Eddy finds out Kevin is scared of needles and gets Ed to configure an elaborate prank with him to make it seem like it was 'booster shot day' and scare Kevin with a giant needle made of random objects. at the end of the episode Kevin finds out its not actually booster shot day and gets over his fear, but only because he gets administered a real booster shot (which is shown in a silhouette behind a door to the nurses office)

Nothing like that but their is a slur known as “melon head” used frequently that refers to the only black kid in the show named Johnny 2x4. He also has a super hero persona known as captain melon head.
