Synopsis

Myron Breckinridge flies to Europe to get a sex-change operation and is transformed into the beautiful Myra. She travels to Hollywood, meets up with her rich Uncle Buck and, claiming to be Myron's widow, demands money. Instead, Buck gives Myra a job in his acting school. There, Myra meets aspiring actor Rusty and his girlfriend, Mary Ann. With Myra as catalyst, the trio begin to outrageously expand their sexual horizons.

YES. FWIW, though, it is a female assaulting a male and it is shot in a manner meant to cater to the sexual fantasies of male viewers who wish the same thing would happen to them.
It's basically shot as a "naught nurse needs to do a *very* thorough exam" fantasy, but also boils down to a rape committed by an authority figure abusing their power. Also, in the larger (though less explicit) picture, it is meant as a commentary on how badly women are treated in Hollywood by reversing the roles.

I am very sensitive to scenes involving sexual assault, and am mixed feelings about it but didn't think it was unbearable to watch. That said, it has the potential to be upsetting, please use discretion.
