Yes, including a trans person, but a lot of other people die, too, and (though there is some room for interpretation) it seems fairly unlikely that they were targeted because of that. From the storytelling perspective, the LGBTQ characters are present to create a deliberate sense of weirdness, but at the same time, the main characters encounter a very long string of very unusual people, so their LGBTQ status doesn't feel especially exploitive.
