Thrust into an all-new adventure, a down-on-his-luck Capt. Jack Sparrow feels the winds of ill-fortune blowing even more strongly when deadly ghost sailors led by his old nemesis, the evil Capt. Salazar, escape from the Devil's Triangle. Jack's only hope of survival lies in seeking out the legendary Trident of Poseidon, but to find it, he must forge an uneasy alliance with a brilliant and beautiful astronomer and a headstrong young man in the British navy.

Well there is a scene in the first few minutes were i thought a kid will unalive himself but he did not and it wasn't his plan. It looked like it tho- might be alarming for people who get triggered from things like that..

Jack is in an arranged marriage with a woman who is presented as "unattractive" in the ways characteristic of a transmisogynistic caricature. She's not implied to be trans but it plays into similar tropes. It doesn't help that screenwriter Terry Rossio included an explicitly transphobic portrayal in Lone Ranger.
