They're not technically his parents, but the people who raised Scorpius were extremely abusive. Also debatably applies to Aeryn.

Yes, but the same sexual assault is actually taken very seriously by the show. It's just not taken seriously by one of the characters at the time that it happens.

Kind of. A main character was born into a society that separates children from their parents at birth and raises them institutionaly. It's later revealed that this separation was against the parents will.

Another character was separated from his child because he was imprisoned. While it wasn't his choice, it's shown to have been extremely traumatic for the child.

Drugs are brought up quite a few times and a main character starts using drugs (albeit fictional) in order to forget a bad relationship.

Not explicitly, but it's implied that Chiana started engaging in sex at a young age, and in season 4, she asks a 13 yr old boy if he's had sex yet, and expresses surprise that he hasn't, and that it is not allowed at that age.

John is drugged and coerced into sex in "What Was Lost". There is also a scene in "Crackers Don't Matter" where John implies that he will sexually assault Chiana, but as the scene cuts away it is unclear if anything actually took place.

Season one episode 19 a peacekeeper is burned alive. In season 2 in the episode "Liars,Guns, and Money:Part 3 :Plan B" people are also burned alive. Probably other episodes too, there's a lot of fire in the show.

In the "DNA Mad Scientist" episode there are DNA samples taken from a couple people via a needle to the eye. Their eyes are not damaged, but it made me cringe a little.
In the episode "Liars,Guns, and Money:Part 3 :Plan B" the creepy woman who runs the depository takes out a man's eye with one of the tentacle things that are around her head. She threatens to take one of Creighton's eyes as well.

The show is set on a prison ship that has been taken over by a group of escaped prisoners. This happens episode 1 and is the premise of the show. Characters talk about the trauma of their incarceration and are also held prisoner again in other situations throughout the show. Incarceration is a major theme for all the protagonists.

No, characters do harm themselves in multiple episodes but it is always for a reason. Examples are they need to cut something out of their body, they need to cut their hand for a ritual, etc.

In the episode 'Taking the Stone' a one off character commits suicide. It's ritualistic and something everyone in that culture does at a certain age. The same episode deals heavily with a main character having suicidal ideation.

As with many shows taking place in space, there are often sparks, bursts of light, and other flashes of light. One example is Season 2 Ep 3 "Taking the Stone" where there is flashing light for most of the scenes where they are down on the planet. Personally I watch the show with sunglasses handy and put them on as needed.
Update: After 2 seasons and multiple migraines I'm giving up on this show. I can't handle the flashing lights.

Hard to say because we don't really know the characters ages and they're also aliens from different species with different biological and social ideas about age, I guess.

But a relationship between two of the main characters can certainly be read this way.
