Naruto is forced to strip and is subjected to a cavity search in prison. He is very unwilling and yells a lot. He is also forced to jump to dislodge anything he may be hiding on his person, ostensibly in his a**l cavity. He is humiliated and objects to this. I was uncomfortable. The guards and warden performing the search CLEARLY get sexual satisfaction from his humiliation.

Sort of. Naruto is framed and the higher-ups in the ninja government (Tsunade, Yamato, etc) all know he is innocent, but bizarrely insist he is guilty to his face and treat him like a criminal for no reason. At the end they're like "we always knew you were innocent but we needed you to go to prison for political reasons and you're a bad actor so we all agreed to lie to you and put you in a literal cage for no reason :)"

Sort of. Naruto asks a girl who has been pretending to be a guy in order to get into the prison if she is "a transv*stite?".

Naruto passes out underwater trying to swim away, he is saved and wakes up fine, but it is a pretty extended sequence if you're sensitive to it.
