I believe the other person got the show wrong. About The Chosen (2019, Angel Studios). In the forth episode of the third season, a small dead bird appears and a pagan priest opens the bird's body to perform readings, as was common. The scene ends quickly and takes place at the opening of the episode on Simon and Judas' mission.

Season 2 episode 6. Mary gets sick after Matthew and Peter find her in they alley. It’s happens right after Matthew tells Mary that she’s been a help to the group and that’s why Jesus chose her. I don’t know if it’s visible or not since I looked away. Side note, Matthew also gags in this episode early on when he realizes there’s poo on his shirt.
