Branded cattle, horse riding, calf wrangling; over 10 chickens got twirled in the air in a circle multiple times to render them unresponsive and out of it (we see it be done to a few of them)
A fly seems to be swatted by a whip but it's hard to tell if it was actually harmed, there are a few other instances that i'm forgetting i'm sure
There also talk in the movie of hired hands on a ranch killing cattle, but it's not shown and the cattle in question doesn't seem to actually have been killed, idk (however everything mentioned in the first paragraph does happen for real)
