During the Pomp and Circumstance Segment a Dragon, Unicorn and Griffon are seen laughing at all the other animals that are boarding the ark as it is starting to rain, it is implied that they drowned in the flood, referencing a reason why memory about them survived and exists but not the creatures themselves, in-universe.
