The King of Queens

TV Show • 1998 • Comedy

Report
Three's definitely a crowd for parcel post deliveryman Doug Heffernan, whose newly widowed father-in-law, Arthur has moved in with him and his wife Carrie. Doug's no longer the king of his domain -- the renovated basement that houses his beloved supersized TV set -- let alone the king of Queens, where he lives.

There are mentions in quite a few episodes, but I failed to take note, so sorry if the words trigger you :(
S1E21: Near the end of the episode Doug eats raw eggs. When he tells Carrie he's nauseous, you can skip the rest of the episode without missing anything. Or you can mute it 'til they're in Doug's delivery truck. No visual of anything besides Doug looking unwell and what seemed like dry heaving, I assume there was audio of that (but I muted it so I'm not sure).
S2E12: Doug dry heaves over the stock market, not bad audio wise, but visually it could be a bit jarring for certain individuals.
S3E13: Doug's sister sounds like she gets sick in her mouth a few times while frosting the brownies with Carrie.
S4E9: You'll need to keep a finger on the mute button or to just skip this episode all together if audio triggers you, but here's the details. Doug and Carrie are talking about how long they've been married, it fades into a flashback. There's a super abrupt scene with Carrie getting sick, it wasn't super triggering for me (sounded kinda like a hearty cough) but it's jarring when you aren't expecting it - visual of her kinda like hunching forward. When Doug opens the door to check on her, the audio is pretty bad imo. Doug checks on her again and there's audio again (not as bad but still not great). When Doug's mom finishes talking to Carrie in the bathroom, she gets sick again, visual is a weird angle and was kinda triggering for me, audio too. When Doug and Carrie are talking right before they go up to get married, Carrie gets sick after his speech. Same weird angle I mentioned before, I muted so idk how bad the audio is.
S4E24: Doug gags from the mouth mold thing, visual could be triggering to extra sensitive individuals.
S5E12: Doug's burping a bunch after he eats the egg rolls and it was disturbing to me personally.
