No. however a scene I thought was implying it but wasn't: SPOILERS In scenes near the end, a character experiences a traumatic event and it cuts to a scene of them in a psychiatric hosptital. At the time I thought it was implying they tried to hurt themselves but on reflection, I think they just had a mental breakdown. Certainly there is no attempt of suicide shown.

There is no domestic violence. However there was a scene I personally found a bit triggering - a man starts dating a woman, and the first thing he does is buy her a brand new dress and heels which he watches her put on, and makeup to wear. However, he does this because his friend advises him to as he has never dated before, and he thinks this is what she wants - not because he's trying to control her (he also asks if she likes the dress)

Characters aren't majorly objectified. Worth mentioning though, the male lead collects historical portraits of women, which he fills a large room with, completely covering the walls. He sees them as an alternative to having girlfriends. The portraits are historical, clothed and mainly just head portraits, but it might feel a bit weird___________Also, a man starts dating a woman, and one of the first things he does is give her a fancy new dress and heels to try on, and new makeup.
