Audrey emotionally abuses Andre. Alya also hits Nino in season 5 episode "Illusion", and Ladybug often hits Chat Noir and even throws him in the trash in season 4 episode "Glaciator 2" because he annoys her, despite being partners.

Yes. One of the biggest aspects of the show is Gabriel's neglect, manipulation, and abuse of Adrien.
There is also a grey area when it comes to the sentimonsters.

Yes. In this instance Kind of? Sublime is a double leg amputee and is played by a non-amputee, though the actor that played her is disabled in other ways. Specifically juvenile arthritis and autism. Sublime sometimes uses a wheelchair too, though a cheap ill-fitting hospital style one instead of a lightweight everyday use one.
Tomoe Tsurugi is a blind character played by a sighted (as far as we can tell) actress, Minae Noji.
Rose has a chronic illness and Reba Buhr, who has mental illness that disables her but not the same type of physical disability as Rose.
Lila’s 3rd mother is mentioned to be Deaf and non-speaking because of this.
A minor character in s5, Odille is a wheelchair user, we currently do not know who voiced her in the English dub.
Nathalie becomes disabled later in the show and is voiced by an able bodied and able minded (as far as we know) actress, Sabrina Weisz.
Emilie is shown with an illness that leaves her bed bound, unable to move much and a wheelchair user, she is voiced by a presumably able bodied actress, Colleen O'Shaughnessey.

Emotionally, Marinette is still in love with Adrien despite being with Luka in "Truth", and Adrien sees Kagami as a second option to Ladybug in "Lies". Alya is mistaken as cheating on Nino for Chat Noir in "Rocketear". Meta-wise, Félix's love interest in the show is Kagami (despite the toxicity of their relationship) instead of Socqueline, who is heavily based on PV Marinette/"Bridgette", his original love interest.

There are themes of allegory to conversion therapy in s6e8. The allegory used is comic book art, the child is forbidden from drawing comics and when is found doing so gets in trouble and is not allowed to see his boyfriend anymore due to him “influencing to draw comics”. The allegory is pretty obvious when you watch with that in mind.

Maybe not specific to autism but Kagami has some autistic traits (socially awkward, has a hard time making friends, sometimes brutally honest) and her mother is VERY controlling.

Also, in "Grendiaper" (season 6), a tram driver deliberately drops Max at the wrong place and shows no empathy. This kind of situation can be very stressful for people on the spectrum, and Max is canonically on the spectrum.

Not sure. Max is canonically autistic and he fits the "autistic people are science geniuses" stereotype but on the other hand, he's friendly, modest and likeable so the "autistic people are arrogant jerks" stereotype is avoided.

Not sure if it counts as PTSD but Marinette has nightmares about Chat Blanc in Senti-Bubbler and has a brief moment of looking panicked and remembering the events of Chat Blanc in Strikeback when Chat Noir says that he'll never be akumatized. Just putting this here as a warning because it can be viewed as PTSD.

No, however in the season 4 episode "guilt trip," the characters are almost completely overtaken by the sentimonster that drowns them in guilt. In this scene, Chat Noir attempts to k*ll himself by bringing his cataclysm close to his own body before Ladybug moves his arm away. It was very unexpected and could be triggering.

The police officer is fat, likes food and is dumb, typical stereotypical portrayal of fat people. Cat noir makes a joke that his miraculous ring is stuck on his finger because he ate too much icecream

Socqueline W**g based off of the beta versions of Marinette commonly known as "Bridgette", was whitewashed in the show, being portrayed with blue eyes as opposed to her Mini Menace, Super Lady Luck, and Quantic Kids iterations, and previous versions that gave her blue hair/eyes was explicitly stated to be anime coloring unlike the actual show where her eyes are naturally blue to make her look similar to Marinette, which is unfortunate considering both of them are supposed to be fully Chinese. Alya is frequently shown to be violent with Nino, and Kagami is shown as submissive to Félix in "Pretension" despite all he did to her and her friends.

Apparently, Caprikid's design can be seen as this, considering Nathaniel is implied to be Jewish.

In "Copycat", Theo has a crush on the much younger Ladybug. He doesn't know her real age but it's still creepy.

Master Fu loses memory later in the show because he gave his duty as a Miraculous Holder to Ladybug. He's alright in general, just lost all his past memories, like who's LadyBug or Chat Noir

Marinette resets the world so that Gabriel isn't a villain anymore and so he can live with Adrien. It's sad in the sense that while everything is kept the same, Adrien will never find out that Gabriel is a villain, and it lets him get away with his crimes while passing on the title of main villain to Lila.

No blood. Gabriel Agreste is shown to be decaying from the inside from Chat Noirs cataclysm. He coughs out black dust from his insides, and one scene shows his fingers crumbling into dust. Might be disturbing for some

In the season 4 episode "Ephemeral," for reasons, the universe starts to destroy itself so that it can be created again within Hawkmoth's new wished reality. When this starts to happen, it does resemble a nuclear explosion. There is also a massive explosion in "Chat Blanc" that wipes out everyone, and it could also be compared to a nuclear explosion.
