This partially unscripted comedy brings viewers into the squad car as incompetent officers swing into action, answering 911 calls about everything from speeding violations and prostitution to staking out a drug den. Within each episode, viewers catch a "fly on the wall" glimpse of the cops' often politically incorrect opinions, ranging from their personal feelings to professional critiques of their colleagues.

A man calls the police to put his dog down, who has cancer and is suffering, and he can’t afford a vet bill. Only to find out that the dog is fine, and he called the police to come shoot the dog, who belongs to his neighbor, because it keeps going on his property. Emotional but played for laughs. The dog is not shown.

In the episode with the kid’s show host, a cat is being rescued from a roof. The cop trying to save the cat stumbles and the cat gets thrown into a piece of machinery which immediately obliterates the cat into a blood splatter. extremely upsetting scene.
