One adult character does discuss/recount some of the abuse she suffered from her father, while speaking to him. The same father intentionally mistreats/puts down/insults her and favors her brother in that scene. It is clear from a previous scene where the character has a conversation with her brother that the siblings were pitted against one another, and that they have an antagonistic relationship.

There is a scene where Shandu enters a church, gives a corrupt preacher a[n unloaded, unbeknownst to the viewers] gun, and tells him to use it on himself unless he tells his congregation how much he stole from them. The preacher shakily raises the gun to his head, etc, but it's not loaded and you hear a click. They leave him alive.

During the opening scene of episode 5, Queen punches the guy in the d**k and it's implied she'll shoot it off if he doesn't give her the information she wants. In a similar situation in ep 6, she splashes a dude's crotch with boiling hot water.

In episode 6, while Shandu is speaking with the captives. Eskaterina arrives, and another guy brings out a gasoline can and starts pouring it on the Greek guys. Eskaterina throws her lighter, and offscreen, they go up in flames. Music plays while screams are heard, and the camera focuses on Eskaterina watching. The camera briefly changes to bodies slumping over (it pretty much looks like animated stuffed scarecrow parts) and then captures the faces of the soldiers forced to watch.
This is about 50 sec long. When Eskaterina leans in to talk with Malunga, the fire can still be seen off-screen but the burning/screaming is over.

There is one instance of Sid's friend commenting on the attractiveness of Queen's mom when she was alive, and everyone in the group[chat] disliked it.
In the 5-years-ago flashback episode, Queen is walking down the street. She gets wolf-whistled at by a bunch of guys, who she flips off. The guys tell her to p**s off, and she keeps walking.

One character is a double-leg amputee, and in the 5-years ago flashback episode we find out why it happened in the field, but at no point do you see any removal/surgery/before-after occur. You do very briefly see the character crawling with bloody legs semi-dragging behind him, during that episode, and it's implied he has surgery in the scene after.

The character with the double-leg amputation and the main character do make some jokes that could be off-color/ableist. It seems to be obvious that the character is laughing with and not at, because it's not malicious or off in that way, but the disabled character does make a comment about the benefits of being able to get a lot of pity sex....which is a bit ew.

This is a crime drama, so you can take that with a grain of salt, but it literally begins by focusing on the fact that everyone is corrupt. The characters are all pretty morally gray, but the main issue/focus of the show is about community and freedom and the cost of fighting for a better future. The story doesn't focus on cops/policing, but on characters that work inside and outside of governmental authority, and recognize the implications. It's also a South African show, so it has a viewpoint that isn't exactly your bread-and-butter American/British political groundwork- which is really cool and lends it a lot.

In the first episode, there is a scene where an open-air restaurant is cleared out via smoke on a grill, causing lots of the patrons to evacuate, coughing. When the main character leaves, she stops by a wheezing old man who is "struggling" to breathe, but he's only faking to draw the attention of police.
Later on in the series, there are a couple instances of people being choked during fights (when you first see Ekaterina during the phone call; when Queen catches someone following her to get coffee with Nova; etc).
You also eventually see Ekaterina with her father, who is on medical oxygen, and who [spoilers]
she later smothers to death in that same scene.
The 5-year-previous flashback episode has a moment where a guy in a car is panting and gasping a bit as he's getting shot at through the windows.
In episode five, at the train station people are seen running, screaming, and coughing as they evacuate a building full of smoke. Queen starts coughing when she enters. Fred tells her there are gas lines broken, and she briefly gets lightheaded/disoriented.

Not in the traditional sense, but the main character (who has PTSD) is praised for being extremely effective at her work (which often involves subduing attackers with force). But there's no correlation between the two characteristics- she just happens to be a character who's gone through trauma, and is also highly skilled and intelligent, and the show does a good job at pointing this out.

Queen's mother was a prominent activist, who was assassinated in front of her, and the identity of the killer/Queen's coping with this is a main plot point of the show.
The scene itself is brief but you do see [spoilers]
a version of Queen's mother being shot from behind, in the back, while sitting on a bench, and slowly falling. This is shown again only you see her from the side, sitting on the ground. You can see blood on her clothes, and where the impact was in the first version, but her death is not graphic.
Additionally, another character recounts having witnessed the death of their parents. And [spoilers]
a notable caretaker also dies in the end.

Queen goes to a party undercover, and while there, Fred tells her information about her mother's killer. This staggers her, and then she walks through an area where partygoers are blowing bubbles- which is a triggering activity for her (you can see bubbles in the background of the flashbacks to when her mother was killed). Queen is noticeably having some sort of anxiety attack (looking disoriented and worried, breathing a little shakily), and she sits down briefly to have a moment to herself, before moving on with her mission.
In the episode with the 5-year-previous flashback
[spoilers]
one of Queen's coworkers gets shot in the head right in front of her, and you see bubbles appear and hear a child giggling as the background audio lowers. Queen stares off into space as she hears her name being shouted, eventually Shambu gets her attention and helps pull her to her feet as the background audio returns in full. Queen later (briefly) talks about this with William; it's implied that the bubbles in that scene are visual hallucinations.
Queen has another flashback with visual (bubbles) and auditory (baby crying) hallucinations in the train station while she struggles to breathe in episode 5.

See the note about Queen and PTSD. She takes a brief moment to breathe calmly in that scene.
The 5-year-previous flashback episode has a moment where a guy in a car is panting and gasping a bit as he's getting shot at through the windows. He's clearly teary-eyed and frozen from panic/fear, and one of the operatives has to pull him out of the car.

There is a scene where Ekaterina speaks to her father, who is in a hospital bed, hooked up to monitors, and has supplemental oxygen. In a previous scene, you can see him laying in the background, and you briefly see a nurse help him with his clothes, lift him, and remove what I think was a bed pan out from under him.
Also Queen does visit a house and says she was a nurse, in order to go undercover, but she's not dressed like one or anything.
In the 5-year-previous episode, there is a scene at a hospital, where you can hear beeping/vaguely see the semblance of hospital hallways/an operating room. You see a patient/side-character operative under anesthesia and hear a doctor ask for a scalpel.

During the second scene in episode 5, Queen looks out her apartment window and sees an explosion [at a train station, though the viewer doesn't know this yet]. There is the sound of a car squealing, cars honking, and car alarms going off, as well as people screaming. Sirens continue as Queen bikes to the station.
