Well no, but one could say there are a few scenes with a handheld camera supposed to be a zombie's POV as they watch and approach other characters. Also, one zombie dressed as a 'hare krishna' cult member makes its way through the mall to the female lead's hideout and it's a tense stretch of scenes, even if not tv cop show style 'stalking'.

Not in the traditional sense, but a raid occurs at the beginning of the film, and several characters are killed in their own homes.

No parental characters die during the film. Certainly when a ton of people in (say) an apartment building are being attacked and killed by zombies and then by SWAT teams, I am sure many of them are parents, but there is no overt parental death scene. There is no 'goodbye to mom or dad' scene in it.

No. As a matter of fact, the SWAT team scenes early on (and a few other runaway cops in a later scene) tend to present them as either racist, corrupt and insane at worst, or noble but ineffective or just plain useless at best, and dismiss the whole notion of policing the general population as a joke now that the zombies are taking over.

No, technically. It is never mentioned overtly as PTSD but really they are all suffering with it -- the whole concept of the film means everyone in it has been experiencing abrupt, severe, life-altering horrific trauma and they each behave according to how their stress and grief cause them to react. You certainly see moments of a few characters zoned out, paranoid, terrified, angry, etc.. If people kinda whacked out from awful events triggers you, then you might want to look elsewhere.

No one says that... but there is a scene where one of the SWAT members shoots himself in the head (the camera pulls away before he pulls the trigger). Near the end, one of the main characters nearly does the same, but decides to keep fighting.

There are scenes of people snapping and behaving in ways they certainly would not in normal circumstances. Anxiety will do that. But no obvious anxiety attacks as such.

There's a point at the beginning of the movie where a different character than the one mentioned holds a gun to his head and presumably pulls the trigger, though we don't see this happen on screen.

The female lead is pregnant, though she does not give birth before the end of the film. I'd guess that's an unborn child present in the film.

No, the black lead lives... but there are a number of black/brown-skinned people and zombies who get attacked and shot near the beginning of the film as a SWAT team takes over an apartment building in the projects.
