Samantha Caine, suburban homemaker, is the ideal mom to her 8 year old daughter Caitlin. She lives in Honesdale, PA, has a job teaching school and makes the best Rice Krispie treats in town. But when she receives a bump on her head, she begins to remember small parts of her previous life as a lethal, top-secret agent.
Many people take advantage of the main character's amnesia and loss of memory, pretending not to know her or otherwise manipulate her because she doesn't remember them
There is a lot of stabbing, shooting, some torture, and hand-to-hand combat, but the gore is just mild blood squibs. Even the syringe to eye isn't so bad, not seen up close or in good light.
As the main character’s memory returns she begins to act more stern. It’s not physically abusive but the child is often scared and put in stressful situations, at one point when she fractured her wrist she’s not given care and yelled at.
When Sam Jackson’s character is threatening to arrest someone, one of the guy’s he’s with sits down and puked at the 8 minute mark. Doesn’t last long but there’s some visuals and sounds. The moment passes quickly.
A prostitute in her underwear is seen on top of a man just before a group of men bust in the room and stop any sexual activity from actually taking place. She's only seen from the waist up.
Samantha/Charly seduces Mitch attempting to have sex but he stops her.
