ReportSynopsis
FBI chemical warfare expert Stanley Goodspeed is sent on an urgent mission with a former British spy, John Patrick Mason, to stop Gen. Francis X. Hummel from launching chemical weapons on Alcatraz Island into San Francisco. Gen. Hummel demands $100 million in war reparations to be paid to the families of slain servicemen who died on covert operations. After their SEAL team is wiped out, Stanley and John deal with the soldiers on their own.

If you count at 14 minutes a bad guy calling a guy "fruity", then yes, there's one. It's not the traditional "f" slur but I'm pretty sure it's still a slur.
At 39 and a half minutes a gay stereotype barber is introduced. No slurs are used, but he is a minor character exclusively played for comic relief, and he then appears in the following action sequence and whimpers repeatedly, then runs away at 42 minutes. He disappears by 44 minutes.
(MILD SPOILERS) He doesn't care that Sean Connery's character dropped someone from a building, but, about to cry, merely asks Sean Connery if he was happy with his haircut.
