One scene features two (high school-age) girls in the school shower where we see explicit nudity, and one girl tries to make a move on the other. However, it quickly turns into a tense horror scene once her advances are rejected. It's shot more tactfully than the description makes it sound, and it's clear that Mary Lou in this scene is being predatory, but it's still worth warning for.

I'd say no. There is a ghost who is killing people, but it doesn't seem that targeted and it definitely isn't romantic.

Vicki's mother is essentially a Margaret White wannabe who is controlling. Thankfully, her father is in the picture and is more understanding, and it isn't super dwelled on.

Vicki hallucinates a boy calling her 'Mary Lou' and pinning her against the lockers in a way that is clearly meant to be sexual. It doesn't go any further, but it may be uncomfortable. Mary Lou-as-Vicki behaves in a sexually predatory way. One scene has her crawl into an older man's lap and attempt making out with him. Another features her in a makeout session with Vicki's boyfriend, only to tightly grab his groin and harshly insult him in a sexual way. She also tries to kiss Vicki's friend in the shower while they're both naked, and after her advances are rejected Mary Lou chases her through the locker room in what's clearly intended to be frightening. A different scene has her make out with Vicki's father. There's also a scene where mean girl Kelly is coerced into giving oral sex in exchange for rigging the prom votes; while it's framed in the movie as a 'mean girl gets her comeuppance' outcome typical of the era, modern viewers may find this uncomfortable.

One character hides inside a locker, but Mary Lou finds her and crushes her with the lockers using telekinesis. The actual corpse isn't shown but there is blood obviously leaking out.

Happens right in the opening scene, with Mary Lou being set on fire using a stink bomb. It's revisited multiple times after.

It's unclear. A parent is thrown through a glass door and doesn't move immediately afterwards, but it wasn't with enough force to necessarily be fatal. It is also unclear what happens to the other parent who is not pictured after that.

There is one during the climax. It starts with Mary Lou standing at the top of the stairs, before the shot is obscured by a second, more deformed Mary Lou moving upwards and screaming at the camera.

With a bit of a stretch, you could maybe argue it's there. Mary Lou possesses Vicki, who is already in a relationship with Craig, and makes obvious moves toward other characters, including Vicki's female friend. The conflict is also set off by Mary Lou being caught cheating on her boyfriend with another boy. The main issue here, though, wouldn't be cheating but Mary Lou being an example of the 'predatory bisexual' trope.

Vicki increasingly has dark, surreal visions as Mary Lou tries to possess her. Most of them have to do with Mary Lou's life, though a few involve things like being served bugs and worms. Other examples include a greaser guy pinning Vicki against a locker in an amorous way while calling her 'Mary Lou,' a group of girls chanting 'Mary Lou' as Vicki gets wrapped up in a net like a spiderweb, and a rocking horse gaining demonic red eyes.

Mary Lou is an evil ghost whose death is depicted in the opening scene. She appears to fall under the 'predatory bisexual' trope as, while she mostly makes the moves on men, she also hits on Monica.

More of a "twist" ending than a tear jerker, but it is a poor outcome for the main characters.
