There's a scene where a character is being interrogated/being repeatedly hit with an object (I think it's a book?) in a small dark room in order to persuade them to sign a document. It's not graphic at all and there's no blood but you hear grunting and the sound of being hit.

The gore is laughable at best, there's barely any gore and really not a lot of blood. However there are a few scenes where severed limbs are floating in water and a scene where a character's head is exploded, blood splatter included. There are scenes where the piranhas are eating each other as well. Not very bloody but there is some.

I preface this as someone who is an intersex person: this is not a homophobic slur but an intersexist one (there's no other category this could fall under so pardon me using it), there's a scene where a scientist is examining one of the dead piranhas and calls it a h*rmaphrodite and says it can breed on its own because of that.

Yes and no, there's a lot of quick flashes of white with scene transitions (there's an absurd amount of them) and some shots swivel side to side quickly for drama. Most likely won't be of any concern to most people but might pose a potential risk to people with epilepsy or photosensitivity. (Speaking as someone with photosensitivity.) More like eye strain rather than strobe effects.

There's a dead alligator in the beginning, obviously bad CGI but still. It floats up out of the water and then it rolls revealing that it is only the head of an alligator and shows exposed flesh and bone.
