During episode 3, multiple birds are shown to have died, whales are depicted beached for a short moment during a schoolbus ride.
Episode 4 starts with some scenes of a beach, which show more of the whales.
In the final episode more whales are seen during the storm. A short scene where countless birds fly into a classroom window uncontrollably, leaving bloodstains. (the camera can be pointed away)
