A cat's death is seen reported on TV and the deceased cat is shown with its eyes closed, holding a flower. Pete mocks the cat's death. It's played light-heartedly and cartoony, but could be upsetting for those who have lost a cat.

A dead cat is shown. Nothing graphic, just a cat laying with eyes closed.

Pete regularly gaslights almost everyone from his friends and family to strangers he meets. He is a classic villain character, so some situations don't feel as bad. But, when it happens to his own family, it can get uncomfortable.

On many occasions, PJ is verbally abused, intimidated, and controlled by his father Pete. An early episode has Pete believe his father will legitimately kill him after a bad grade, so he goes to do his bucket list. For people with abuse trauma, this show may be difficult to watch with Pete and PJ's interactions.
