It is implied the elderly woman Lily is sent to care for has dementia. She frequently refers to her with the wrong name, which may be triggering for a user with this trigger.
One brutal surprise attack. No arguing or threatening; in fact we see nothing of the relationship besides the attack, and we don't know anything about the persons. ----------------- SPOILER ------------------------------ What happens is that a groom murders his wife with a hammer while she's walking around the house blindfolded in what appears to be a game of hide-and-seek; we get no explanation of any kind as to motivation or anything, really.
Not mutilation, but there is a bleeding little cut/prick to a finger tip. In another scene a person hallucinates her arms, including her hands, being grotesquely swollen.
There are no (known) parents in the movie. --- In case you, like me, have an issue with aging people suffering/dying: There's a lonely old woman with dementia, being tended to by a 28-year-old live-in hospice nurse; the old woman is found dead on the floor from (unintended) neglect in the end.
One moment near the end when the protagonist sees the ghost could be startling for some, but mostly the film is slower and more filled with creeping horror than startling horror.
Some blood running from a little cut on a finger. A lot of blood smeared all over someone's hands and a wall. A bare foot beginning to decompose (blackening). I think that's all.
