Numerous fish and aquatic creatures are hunted/fished. S3E3 shows a whale carcass (whale's death is neither heard nor seen), sharks eating it, and then two men harpooning and stabbing the shark (out of desperation for food).

Not seen onscreen, but it is stated that a main character's father fled Nassau after his wife was murdered, leaving his 13 year old daughter behind.

a lot of the characters manipulate others to their own benefit, and this does occasionally involve trying to convince other's that they're crazy or uncapable of making decisions for themselves

the characters are mainly pirates and there is a fair amount of talk about being hunted; enslaved people escape and are pursued, etc.

I remember at least one scene where characters discuss being abused as children. One was enslaved and neglected, and one was physically and sexually abused as well as sex trafficked.

adding some timestamps to this. frequent sexual content and discussions of sexual violence throughout. two specific sexual assault scenes, S01E03 [47:50 to 48:00] and S01E04 [20:30 to 21:30]. S01E05 [about 20:00] is uncomfortable, but not graphic. Max is assaulted by Vane's crew who feel they're entitled to it. she is later able to recover and seek out revenge, if you find that relevant. S04E06 [23:00?] is a fight scene with what might've been an attempted assault? also, general iffy boundaries as people are pressured into sex, use it as political manipulation, etc.--do want to note that the scene with Flint isn't non-consensual (he isn't pressured or coerced, and while he isn't particularly interested, it's with a friend of his and it's clear he's just doing it for her sake).

Yes, a house catches fire in S4E06 a little over halfway through the episode and we see one person catch on fire and another person is reported to be dead from the fire afterwards.

keelhauling scene in s4 e3 (XXXI). stop when they put the bag on Teach's head; jump to ab 5 minutes from the end of the episode. have a friend scan thru to find the next scene if gore is an issue; it is extremely disturbing.

frequent and graphic, though always as means of punishment and never self-inflicted. there is usually a warning, but the deaths are always fully on-screen and discussed throughout.

I suppose several characters are in open relationships so it might not count, but the topic of cheating definitely comes up.

The situations I can recall (I'll add better timestamps when I can): S1E04 toward the end of the episode Vane is extremely drunk during the fight outside the brothel at night, he v* full visual and audio, really just alcohol, a few comments made about it after. S1E08, finale, during the worst of the storm the camera pans below deck and a man is shown holding a bucket, he v* three times, full visual and audio. S2E10, finale, two of Vane's men are plotting something and a character is eavesdropping beside them while pretending to v* overboard, full fake audio, no visual as he's not really sick. ALL EPISODES: random references to feeling sick, eating undercooked food, etc.

a lot of injuries and, as such, a lot of medical care but it's all set in the 1700's and there are no shots of modern medical equipment or hospital-looking buildings shown

they don't die first, but S1E1 and S1E2 feature deaths of black characters who die because they are seen as disposable by some of the white main characters

frequent sex and full-frontal nudity in the first two seasons, every episode at least (queer and straight characters both), but hardly any in seasons three and four. frequent talk about sex, f--king, and so on. an extreme amount of sexual violence as well, the worst being in season one (S01E03 47:50 to 48:00, S01E04 20:30 to 21:30, and about 20 minutes in to S01E05).
