Not directly but there are aliens that seem a lot like racist stereotypes. Jar Jar Binks has dreadlock-like ears, speaks in broken English, and is portrayed as stupid, Watto is a short, fat conman with a giant nose who owns slaves, and the Neimodians have almond-shaped eyes, speak in mock Asian accents, and cause a trade blockade. I’m a huge fan of Star Wars but I’m also not convinced by any argument that these parallels are coincidental.
