The prospects for continuing life on Earth in the year 2058 are grim. So the Robinsons are launched into space to colonize Alpha Prime, the only other inhabitable planet in the galaxy. But when a stowaway sabotages the mission, the Robinsons find themselves hurtling through uncharted space.

The Blarp (the monkey-like alien adopted by the Robinsons) was presumably killed in the timeline where the Jupiter II doesn't escape the collapsing planet, but like everyone else she's seen alive and well at the end when John Robinson goes back in time and saves them.

Technically every major character except John Robinson is killed at some point in the story. Most of the family are dead in the alternate future timeline, and the future versions of Will and Smith both die during the climax. Meanwhile, the present-day versions of most of the characters are killed as they attempt to escape the disintegrating planet and fly into a rock. John is able to go back in time and prevent the latter from happening, however, and the characters all survive in their present forms.

In the alternate future timeline, all of the Robinson family except John are killed. Maureen, Judy and Penny are already dead, while the future Will is killed during the climax as the planet disintegrates around him. In addition, the present versions of these characters are also killed when they attempt to escape the planet and crash into a rock, although this undone by John going back in time to save them.
