Technically not because Erik and Christine aren't really in a "relationship." He's more like her stalker. But he does manhandle and terrorize her.

The threat of sexual assault is clear, just depicted in an archaic way. At one point Erik has a terrified Christine on his bed, and tells her "Now you will see the evil spirit that makes my evil face." A short time later, he threatens her to agree to be his "bride." However, he's interrupted before he can really touch her.

We see the hanged body in silhouette. At other points in the movie it's discussed, as "strangling" with a noose is the Phantom's favorite method of assassination.

I guess if you consider the Phantom's disfigurement a disability, other characters' horrified reaction to him might be this.

There's a fatal drowning which is depicted mainly by implication, and a near-drowning which is depicted more directly.
