In order to save her siblings, a young woman takes on her father and the powerful entity known as Gamemaster, who ensnares humans into diabolical plots while her species gambles on the outcome.
Heavily, both physical and psychological. A subplot of the movie is about Cyrus torturing his kids to punish them for the various ways he feels they disappointed him. Various other torture scenes through the movie for each of the siblings but Miriam rescues them before anything too extreme can happen but they're still quite intense. This covers the physical while The Gamemaster has the psychological angle, her efforts focused entirely on Miriam.
Not in the traditional sense. The DeKalbs gather voluntarily under the pretence of a family reunion but they are technically kidnapped as they quickly realise Cyrus has trapped them in the building.
On-screen use of prescription antipsychotics (only one tablet is consumed, presumably in keeping with Miriam's recommended dosage), reference to harder drug abuse and to an anaesthetic drug. The actual needle for the anaesthetic is shown but it is not used.
One of Cyrus' henchmen, down an elevator shaft, and, in the first time reset, Miriam but she manages to escape. She then tosses that same goon down the elevator shaft.
