It'll be very clear when it's happening, and it's an extended scene. Tom is in Lowenstein's office telling her the story of him, his mother, and his sister being assaulted when he was 13. It flashes back and forth between them talking and the assault scene, I think the assault of Tom as a child is visceral and it's the most graphic of the three on screen. The rapists are quickly killed.
