For those trying to AVOID body horror, it happens around the 1 hour 14 min mark, right after the cop gets in his car.
There are other scenes of body horror to a less severe extent, but that comes with any horror film about the supernatural IMO.

Yes,and I don’t know how many there are? But that is what made me give up on this movie. It’s a great movie with a great intro,it’s just the jump scares are a bit anxiety inducing. Ex: a character you’ll see checks underneath the bed multiple times.
