Yes. A young woman is obviously about to be gang-raped in the street when she's rescued. A group of men has her up against a wall, closing in on her while being sexually threatening. Though she's saved at the last minute, it will definitely be triggering for some. I find it worth mentioning that she acts extremely unrealistically fine the moment after, flirtingly asking her rescuer for a kiss. That's not okay.

One of the major villains (Two-Face) "has multiple personalities". I put it in quotes because at no point does he seem to actually be a DID system - he's just a murderer with a gimmick. One of the protagonists is a psychologist who talks briefly at multiple points about Two-Face having multiple personalities. Honestly, as misrepresentation goes it wasn't awful (and I say that as a member of a DID system), but it was there.
