There are some instances of Pac-Worlder consumption that Pac does, though it is usually either by accident or not in his control. Episodes that contain these are: "Pac-Mania" (not to be confused with the game of the same name), "Pac's Scary Halloween" (since Dr. Pacenstein takes over his body), "No Pets Allowed, Especially Monsters! Part 1 (Pac holding Fuzbitz in his mouth), and "Merry Berry Day [...]" ( where Pac also puts his parents in his mouth). However, everyone is usually spat out afterwards.
