There are some instances of Pac-Worlder consumption that Pac does, though it is usually either by accident or not in his control. Episodes that contain these are: "Pac-Mania" (not to be confused with the game of the same name), "Pac's Scary Halloween" (since Dr. Pacenstein takes over his body), "No Pets Allowed, Especially Monsters! Part 1 (Pac holding Fuzbitz in his mouth), and "Merry Berry Day [...]" ( where Pac also puts his parents in his mouth). However, everyone is usually spat out afterwards.

Air is toxic in the Netherworld and it quickly becomes apparent that Pac and friends need to either eat berries or wear scuba masks to survive in such an environment. Occasionally they get thrown in without warning or a new person ends up in there and we have to establish that again, though none of the cases end up being fatal.

There are Ghost Sharks in the episode "Paclantis", which pose a threat to Pac and his friends. Pac gets eaten but escapes with no harm. There is also mention of Ghost Sharks in the episode "Cap'n Banshee and his Interstellar Buccaneers", where Cylindria and Spiral are presented with the threat of being thrown in. This doesn't happen, fortunately.
