There are some instances of Pac-Worlder consumption that Pac does, though it is usually either by accident or not in his control. Episodes that contain these are: "Pac-Mania" (not to be confused with the game of the same name), "Pac's Scary Halloween" (since Dr. Pacenstein takes over his body), "No Pets Allowed, Especially Monsters! Part 1 (Pac holding Fuzbitz in his mouth), and "Merry Berry Day [...]" ( where Pac also puts his parents in his mouth). However, everyone is usually spat out afterwards.

There is also mention of Ghost Sharks in the episode "Cap'n Banshee and his Interstellar Buccaneers", where Cylindria and Spiral are presented with the threat of being thrown in.
