I wouldn't consider it cheating, though some might. There are a handful of themes of polyamorous relationships, such as the Turbine family, which is an entire spaceship of a polycule/harem, and some of the main characters end up in a three way relationship polycule

in episode 3, a minor antagonist dies via "assisted suicide" from the main character. The minor antagonist instigated a duel he intended to lose but ultimately asked to be killed, as he wasn't able to do it himself

Someone repeatedly and deliberately bashes their head against a wall, about 17 minutes in to S1 E4. Injuries are shown.

On one or maybe even two occasions, a character is shown inside the cockpit of a gundam that gets crushed- you see the walls begin to close and crush in on the victim inside, though the camera doesnt show anything incredibly graphic in those scenes

Unfortunately, there are a few times where a main character, Biscuit Griffon, is called things like "tubby" or the like. However, I do want to also point out and appreciate that Biscuit is a character in and of himself and is NOT just a walking fat joke as so many other animes have. Biscuit has his own character arc and is seen as a person who just happens to be heavier. I appreciate it, as a heavier person myself. But as far as the question goes, yes there are some times where Biscuit gets made fun of for being fat

Towards real races and issues, no, or at least not to my memory. However, there is some in-universe slurs and hate speech such as "Damn space-rats" or "go back to mars!" or even specific verbal harassment towards characters who are from mars

If adopted family counts, then yes. McGillis Fareed, an antagonist in the first season, is shown to be adopted into the Bauduin family and ends up in an arranged political marriage to his 9 year old adopted sister

No, but there is a scene early on with a near car accident, where two minor characters almost get run over, but the car swerves and no one gets hurt
