There are no real-life drugs. There is some kind of magical berserk-dust that can be inhaled. In one episode the main character and some of secondary characters got drugged without their consent.

Cat death is frequently used as a source of humor throughout the show, aside from a few select cases where it's used as shock value instead. Cat death, or otherwise harm, has been discussed and shown frequently, with one of the main characters being known for eating them, and another mentions neglecting them to the point they die. Perhaps the worst example is the opening of one episode, where a pet cat is shown wandering, before being attacked and eaten with no warning.

Very minor. Troll Hunter rule #3: "When in doubt, always kick them in the gronk-nuks." This rule is occasionally played for laughs, with pained winces being the worst reaction.

The main character is held as a prisoner and forced to fight to the death against a giant worm monster and the person he’s imprisoned with at separate times to “break him”. He’s also punched hard in the gut by one of his imprisoners. 2 characters are hung up and spun around quickly while being interrogated (played off as more off a joke).

In the first few episodes the main character has an anxiety attack about the possibility of dying (understandably). In the s3:e10-11 he has another mental breakdown for spoiler reasons

The friend of the main character has next to no meaningful characterization other than “haha fat person”. It would take forever to list all the ways they do this character dirty. He has potential as a dynamic character but they took the fatphobia route full steam ahead so prepare to give him good characterization yourself.
