Some snakes are kept in a laboratory for the purpose of genetic experimentation - the female snake will have hybrid eggs inside it, which may harm it. A crocodile is shot with a tranquiliser gun and taken to the laboratory where it's strapped down in connection with the same hybrid experiment. It wakes up while in constraints, which is obviously frigthening for it. ... But hey, the crocs and snakes are one-dimensional monsters in this movie, and I personally didn't manage to feel sorry for them.

I don't know... The cops are definitely good guys, and one of them the classic badass cop, but since the "adversary" is a bunch of monster-like animals, it's not really the usual setting for copaganda, I'd say. But hey, I may have no idea what I'm talking about.

Hmmm.... Drowning or being bitten to death by a crocodile underwater.... it's hard to say. There's a death in water. If you have a particular problem with drowning, you probably shouldn't watch the movie.
