During the concert scene after his doctor’s appointment, the main character has what can be interpreted as a panic attack and runs outside. A little later on, in the RV he has what is more like a fit of rage but he is still upset and this could be distressing. Neither scenes are very long, the second is definitely more intense. Described well in the domestic violence section
