A drug dealer with upscale clientele is having moral problems going about his daily deliveries. A reformed addict, he has never gotten over the wife that left him, and the couple that use him for deliveries worry about his mental well-being and his effectiveness at his job. Meanwhile someone is killing women in apparently drug-related incidents.

Sort of. There is a character who is mainly just supposed to be "a coke head", but he has some potentially autistic traits. He bottoms out badly and his dealer calls the client's brother to come help him. The dealer hits the client several times, hard enough to keep him down until his brother arrives but not enough to seriously injure (he is already somewhat incapacitated due to the coke).

It's never clarified as to if she jumped or was pushed. The assumption that the characters and the press in the movie operate under is that it was a suicide, though one character thinks she was murdered. The movie seems to want you to think it was a murder, but from the facts presented there is no way to know.
