Main character falls accidentally pregnant and goes from just having found out, to huge and about to give birth in a matter of weeks (magic stuff happens, to avoid spoilers). She then gives birth quite traumatically. The birth goes okay but she is under threat from other things while it is going on. Nothing too graphic - screaming, bare legs, no blood or gore. S1 has severed limbs and heads (the act itself is done off screen but you see the body parts after), one episode has a woman with her chest cracked open in surgery and they show all her organs inside her chest in detail and she’s conscious, some people bleed through their eyes when a witch is torturing them, lots of savage stabbings with tons of blood splatter, gun violence with gun splatter. S2 has more severed limbs, decapitation and a head explodes.
