It's very cartoonish, cgi, there's lots of scenes w people just being "ok" w the crazy random impossible things happening around them such as costume changes without consent, cars dancing, the mask man flying around etc. They don't seem phased by the stuff that's happening such as when Tanya has morning sickness and vomits perfect bubbles. Not even the doctor is concerned in fact he says it's not covered by insurance..

There's a daydream scene where the woman pops out several babies, but it's not labourous to her. Mostly distressing for the man. Also the scene where the main characters baby is born. I wouldn't call it traumatic, they just bring a clean definitely not new born child to them in a some what medical setting.
