I don't know if it was intentional, but one scene stood out to me and might be triggering for some: at one point of high stress, a woman yells at her husband. He turns to her and says "what?" She quickly covers up with an excuse about worrying for his safety. The other characters look oddly at each other. I immediately assumed he was abusive, and this was foreshadowing that would come up again, but it never did.

This is a reoccurring theme in the film. The threat of drowning/oxygen deprivation is an integral part of the climax.

There is a scene early on where a character explores an underwater shipwreck, and the final confrontation with one of the sharks takes place in some very cramped underwater ruins.

There is a brief sex scene early in the film. It's filmed through a fish-tank and heavily obscured, nothing graphic is shown.

The character Kaz comes very close to drowning in the climax, but is saved at the last moment.

There's a graphic shot of a woman's partially consumed corpse early in the film when the characters are discovering a sunken yacht.
The shark attacks themselves are brief, take place mostly in darkness, and are not seen in much detail. There are a few shots of the ocean filling with blood after the characters die, but the corpse at the beginning is the only real explicit human gore.
The deaths of the sharks are a bit more graphic. One is stabbed repeatedly, and the other is impaled on a metal bar and the corpse is lingered on for a few moments.
