Zack throws up in the Morocco episode. (S2 ep 23) Audio, no visual. In the Japan episode, (S3 ep 10) Zack, Cody and Carey are forced to sample drinks, all of which make them throw up. Audio, no visual. Cody's reaction and noises in particular are distressing to me in the fact that they're realistic.
