Someone is hit by a bus (it happens within a split second and you don’t see any gore), but the person is then shown covered in blood. The body is not squashed or altered. It looks like the actor covered in fake blood.
There is another person being beaten and gets blood on their face, but it’s “made-for-tv-blood” and not very graphic.
A third person is shot, but you don’t actually see it. You just see the actor’s face splattered with blood afterward with a small bullet hole in their cheek.
Lastly, someone is stabbed in the neck with a pair of scissors and a tube around the actor’s neck spews blood. The actual stabbing into the neck is obscured but the scissors themselves, and you’ll know when it’s coming.

They are not traditional ghosts - you see a few people who have passed on and are costumed to clearly indicate they are dead. The best comparison I can make is the old woman in the bathtub in The Shining.
