Two separate scenes. Near the beginning of the movie, a baby/toddler cries for a while while his mother neglects him, but calms down once Van Gogh picks him up. Near the end of the movie, a newborn screams as his parents bicker, so loud that it can still be heard from another room. This one is intense, prolonged, and very stressful, and culminates in the mother breaking down in tears. Turn the volume down after the two scenes where women say they're going into labor - the crying scenes don't happen immediately after, but both cut in very suddenly.

Lots of it. The brothers have a dysfunctional relationship, and often scream/yell at each other while arguing. Vincent screams wildly to himself a few times during his mental breakdowns, which can be very jarring. There is also a very prolonged scene of an infant screaming while his parents shout at each other.
