This is a home video clip show. All the videos are of real things that happened. While some videos may remind some people of how possession is depicted in movies it will be something funny happening that you just didn’t expect or it will be something that, in real life, has a non-possession-related explanation. Things like a dog barking at a toy dinosaur because the dog doesn’t understand it’s a toy or the clip of a child being sick and looking like a volcano because they’re sick and the way they are positioned causes the force to propel upwards.

Not every episode, but I remember a few videos where people would throw up. A video called "I Ralph" wins an episode where the groom is coughing then suddenly *v's behind his hand. A few others: A boy *v's at a funeral (he stands there quietly and it's sudden), a baby *v's into its dad's mouth, a kid *v's on her birthday cake, a kid in the back of a choir *v's all over the people below them.

Yeah the hosts will “talk to” the audience, looking into the camera and delivering one-liners, as well as mentioning the rules and instructions for video submission at the end of the show (how to send tapes/DVDs/videos in general, the stipulation that you’re not supposed to send videos depicting actual injuries, stuff like that.)
