No. In fact, the movie is explicitly homosexuality-positive. An elderly lady hopes that her granddaughter is in a relationship with another woman because she thinks they'd be perfect together. She's disappointed to hear that it's not the case, and even encourages them to at least give it a try. :) A little girl in the street addresses the two men she's with as "dads", and it's not focussed on or commented on in any way.

Someone jumps from a high window into a river. Soon after, after being pulled out of the water, they appear to have drowned, or died on impact with the surface, OR been killed by a bomb that goes off in the water immediately after the person goes under. We don't see the person under water or going under, but we see them unconscious after being pulled out of the water; seemingly dead. The person suddenly comes to, vomits water and turns out to be completely unharmed. I'm not sure if all this technically warrants a Yes, but I assume the scene would trigger some.
