Neurological testing is done with a thin needle and done very close to a patient's open eye. Another character's face suffers severe burns including near the eye.

While there is certainly abuse and manipulation in the film, nothing SPECIFICALLY fitting the mechanism of gaslighting is used.

A real frog is killed to explain motor skills post mortem. When the nurse brings in a box of frogs, it’s a good time to stop watching until the scene ends as they show the dead frog on the floor as well :(

Yes.
1) Around the 20 minute mark you see a man tackle a woman from behind to a bed, and then the scene skips forward where the man zips up his pants while the woman holds her shirt across her body to cover herself. When boundaries are set clearly ending the relationship, the man says "So much for women's rape fantasies" before leaving.
The perpetrator is the woman's ex husband who has tracked down her phone number, address, and then broke into her flat immediately prior to the assault. The assault as a whole is treated in a very flippant manner.
2) Around the 38 minute mark, what starts as an informal neurological exam for a (mostly) unresponsive comatose patient leads to the nurse touching the patient's genitalia to find he has an erection. The nurse is informally reprimanded for this.
3) Around the 70 minute mark, a doctor asks the nurse to fondle the patient with the intention of causing another erection.

It is strongly implied that a character killed his mother due to jealousy / sexual attraction towards her. This does not eventuate in any form onscreen.
