There is none shown on screen but twice when Yelena’s soccer team is mentioned there is talk about one girl who p**pęd in the middle of a game. I would recommend that in the vault, when they’re trying to make a plan for how to escape, as soon as Yelena mentions her soccer team, cover your ears until the Ghost starts talking. And then in the Red Guardian’s limo, right after the Ghost says that they’re the “Thunderbolts”, the dad gets excited and starts talking about Yelena’s soccer team again, so cover your ears for maybe about 20 seconds…?

The wrenching sounds Bob makes just before he is shown on screen are pretty gross and when you see him, he is crawling out from behind boxes and making body movements like he is going to v*.
It’s great this didn’t trigger some people but don’t minimise it. I found the noises and his body movements really uncomfortable.

A character deals with mental health struggles, I think they where going for ptsd and depression/BPD, ut someone’s darkness and depression takes over them and they become an embodiment of those emotions. This is similar to broadly plurality, and slightly falls into the evil alter trope though isnt trying to come across like that, to my knowledge. They also refer to this dark versions of themselves as another being with another name NPD different pronouns. It’s also mentioned that that chracter has emotional blackouts after his low mood episodes and it’s seemingly some form of dissociative amnesia. Regardless, no specific DID/OSDD/UDD or plurality rep or bad rep of such intended, though it might be hard for some systems to watch due to the PTSD and mental health aspect as well as some systems having conceptual versions of emotions that might be persecutory. If you are triggered by RAMCOA (ritual abuse, mind control and/or occult abuse) or programming this also might be a difficult watch as Yelena and Bucky both have trauma related to RAMCOA.

I found the Void powers to be extremely triggering as someone with all three- I had to stop the movie right away. They are all fine at the end, but people essentially disappear and are replaced with black outline shapes. It is extremely creepy.
