A reindeer is mutilated by a wildcat (a fade to black thing but you see the injured animal after with blood staining the floor) but it does end up surviving.

no, but a reindeer is hurt by a yule cat. it doesn’t show her getting hurt but shows the fight through shadows of it - she heals and is fine in the end. a yule cat is being hunted near the beginning but gets away and then near is grabbed by it’s tail, swung and thrown into the sky, not seen again. coyote/jackal cross-breeds are not hurt, neither are any other reindeer

No one is actually sick but about 26 minutes in an elf stuffs his face with candy canes and then belches looking like he is going to be but he isn’t. it wasn’t too bad but is quite sudden and could be triggering
